These naturally sweet muffins are an easy and yum way to get some more greens into your little one’s belly. Perfect for on-the-go breakfast muffins and lunchbox snacks. Our Catchy silicone muffin moulds make these such a breeze!
Serves: 12 muffins
For: 6+ months once allergens have been introduced.
Storage: in the fridge for up to 3 days, or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
Ingredients:
1 banana
Handful of spinach
3 eggs
3/4 cup oats
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 180c fan forced. Place your Catchy silicone muffin moulds into your cupcake tray.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth in consistency.
- Spoon desired portion into each muffin mould. Bake for 15 mins or until golden
- Allow to cool for 5-10 mins before simply popping them straight out the moulds and into your mouth!
