Ingredients:
1.5 cups besan (chickpea) flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp bicarb soda
- 3 x ripe bananas
- 3 x eggs
- 3 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
Recipe:
Combine mashed banana, eggs, olive oil, maple syrup and vanilla extract.
Stir through dry ingredients and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes, or until golden on the outside and a skewer inserted into the middle of the muffin comes out clean.
